In this video presented by Dr. Christopher Ho the harmony of soft and hard tissue was preserved at time of extraction of a central incisor by immediate implant placement and immediate temporization with a pick-up shell technique of a titanium temporary abutment and a socket and soft tissue graft. The Implant was successfully loaded and restored with an Emax restoration during 24 months follow up period.
